Payments, Shipping and Returns

Payment Information

Pumps Online require all orders to be paid before the products are delivered.

There are three payment methods available:    (please note we prefer Bank Deposit as it is faster, safer and cheaper)

1. Bank Deposit 
This is the preferred payment method as it is fast, does not incur significant processing costs and the transaction can be conducted through your banks secure systems.

Please allow overnight clearance of internet payment if made by another bank.

2. Cheque  
Make payable to:  Pumps Online Ltd

Reference:             Please write your address and the order number on the back of the cheque
Please allow 4 - 5 working days for clearance. The products will not be sent until the cheque has cleared.

3. Credit Card via PAYPAL
This site uses PAYPAL to process credit card transactions. You do not need to have or create a PAYPAL account to pay for goods using your credit card however PAYPAL customers can also pay using their PAYPAL account. 
After selecting to pay by Credit Card you will be directed to the secure PAYPAL site to complete the payment transaction online. We will be advised once you have made the online payment. Your credit card details will not be handled by our site.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted by PAYPAL.

When paying by credit card the following rules apply:
Only the Customers credit card may be used.
The goods will be dispatched to the Card Holder - not to a third party.
The delivery address must be a physical address and not a PO Box or Depot.
A signature must be obtained from the Card Holder on delivery of goods.

Freight

Orders will be shipped via Fastway Couriers within New Zealand - there will be a $17 (inc GST) fee charged per order regardless of the number of items purchased.

Return Policies

Our return policies are fairly flexible for unopened and undamaged products, returned within 7 days to us. We do reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion, we also reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. This means you simply just cant return product, for large and specially ordered items. We strongly recommend that you send us an email to resolve any issues or concerns you may have BEFORE ordering.

GST

All prices include GST.

You will be sent an email which contains a link to your GST invoice which can be printed on your own printer.
