In Store Repairs & Testing

Pump Test/Quote to Repair: $50
(This will be waived if new pump is purchased or if pump goes through with repair) 

In Store Repair Labour: $150 per hour
* Parts, pricing and availability to be quoted before repair is undertaken.
* The repair will include mechanical seal, bearings and any other parts required to repair
   pump such as impeller, capacitor etc

Most makes and models can be serviced at our workshop, from household to submersible, pool and spa pumps and everything in between. We have experience with the leading brands in the industry, so we can usually help you no matter what sort of pump you have or require.

Please note, due to health and safety, all sewage and waste submersible pumps must be cleaned and bagged. Please notify us before dropping off or sending the pump back to us. If dropping the pump to the store, it must be left at the back of the warehouse and not brought into the office or showroom. 

We provide:
* Inspections and estimates
* Once quoted, we will provide you with a time frame (generally one week) and if required 
  we can supply you with a suitable loan pump.
* If the pump is not worth fixing we can quote you for a new similar pump to suit your requirements.
* Nationwide servicing: we can arrange for your pump to be couriered to us or you can bring it to us.
* We work with major pump distributors to source the best and widest array of parts and equipment.

Please email or call us with details of pump or filter issue. We can arrange a time for repair or you can leave it with us. You can either drop it off to us, or send it via courier. Any courier will deliver to us.
