We may adjust prices, product and service offerings, and availability at any time for any reason, including market conditions, product discontinuation, supplier price changes and errors in advertisements. Information on product availability should not be relied on. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include GST. We may refuse or cancel orders where the sale or use of a product is restricted or prohibited in your location.

6. Payment methods

Payment must be received before we accept an order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, bank deposit, and cash or EFTPOS in store. Selected products can also be purchased on a recurring subscription, charged automatically to your stored payment method — see our Payment Options page. You can always order by telephone on 0800 473 414.

When paying by card you must provide accurate billing details. Each time you submit payment information you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method, the information is true and complete, and you will pay the charges at the posted prices including applicable taxes. Orders that appear fraudulent may be cancelled and reported. We may change our payment policies at any time.

8. Ordering disclaimer

An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We may accept, decline or limit any order for any reason after receipt, whether or not your card has been charged. If your card was charged and the order is cancelled, you will receive a prompt refund. We may require additional information before processing an order.

Our maximum aggregate liability, for any cause whatsoever, is limited to the actual amount you paid for the products and services you ordered through the website. If you are dissatisfied with the website or these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the website.
