We ship to physical addresses within New Zealand, and the rates below apply to New Zealand deliveries only.
Live overseas? If you'd like one of our products delivered outside New Zealand (including Australia and Fiji), contact us at sales@pumpsonline.co.nz or 0800 473 414 and we'll quote freight for you.
How is my order shipped?
Orders under 25 kg are shipped by courier; orders over 25 kg travel with a freight company.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged by the total weight of the order:

All shipping prices include GST.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders on the next available courier after payment is received (during opening hours). If a product is not in stock, we'll let you know as soon as possible by phone or email. Some orders are dispatched directly to you by our suppliers or fulfilment partners.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at checkout and grab your order from our Albany (Auckland) or Frankton (Hamilton) branch — you'll get an email when it's ready.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Check your goods before accepting them from the courier and contact us within 24 hours if anything is damaged — full details in our Returns & Warranty policy.
